We begin this response with two emails that were received from TCIR members. They bring up many important points.

I read the update and alas, still more waiting with no detailed answers. Oh look, we have to wait another month ...Nope I don't buy it. I think you were right all along; they are just stringing us along, a carrot in front of the horse. Hmmm let’s see...we get the money owed to us and we will drop the lawsuit...why is that making the "process" more complex for them to pay out the so- called principal???? You said it best... pay us and we go away.

In case nobody has noticed, the TCI manager has not logged into the site since December 13th. Charles has stopped signing the reports, and just leaves it blank, it also sounds as though someone else is writing the past 3 messages, it sounds like they are going to try and give back the original deposits to try and avoid jail, there will be just excuses regarding any profit.

FACT: TCI has used at least two previous ‘fiduciary agents”:

1) Claridges : Bill and Ross met with Claridges. We sent the paperwork in August 2003 to the UK. It bought TCI a year of excuses. All your documentation that was sent in to Origin Corp is in safekeeping in their vault.
2) Michael Grosh: aka “International Tax Attorney”. Hired in August of 2004 to set up more structures. Invited in to Examination in our lawsuit.
3) Now, a third “pigeon” is being hired as fiduciary agent. We are excited. It gives us another witness.

FACT: Bill Rath and his activites have made TCIs business public information , not TCIR.

FACT: TCI "rules" state that anyone making TCIs business public shall be kicked out of the club. And if Bill Rath is just an ordinary member, then why hasn’t the Members’ Group removed Bill from TCI?

FACT: If you allow any of your money to be sent to an offshore account it will be seen as tax evasion. We must receive the funds openly and use an accounting agency to pay all required taxes to make it compliant before we touch any of the money. Your principal is not taxable. Cell structures are not needed.

FACT: Bill Rath has been paying Brian Greenspan huge fees for over 3 years to fight against extradition to the US and a possible 10 to 15 years in federal US prison. Brian Greenspan is one of the best Constitutional lawyers in Canada and would start at 1000 to 1500 dollars an hour. Whose money has been paying for this?

FACT: TCI Management wants to be the sole dictator of when, how and how much the members will be paid. If they do not soon get into gear, the courts will make that decision. (TCIR is not backing down. The noose is getting tighter. Oh, we wish we could tell you members of TCIR more).

FACT: The TCIR lawsuit will not be finished until all of our members are satisfied that they have been paid all that they are owed.
