Directions for Registration in the Lawsuit
Part One:
1) If you have wish to register with the lawsuit, you have two choices. You can type the address: http://www.tciclassaction.com in a search engine such as Google and click on a Registration link. Fill out the details required on the first page of the registration and provide credit card details for payment of the 500 US or CDN retainer fee. Once the payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you by a clerk at the law firm with the link needed to get into the site.
2) For those new members who wish to pay their retainer by cheque, please make payable to:

Please provide the following information to set up your account: The name your TCI account is listed in
Your 6 digit TCI name
Your complete mailing address
Your email address
Your phone number (with area code)
As soon as your details and cheque are received, you will be sent the link as mentioned above.
Part Two:
Click on the registration link that is sent to you by the SKM office. It will ask you first to create and confirm a password. You will then be able to sign in using your 6 digit TCI username as your username, and your chosen password. This site is a secure site inside the lawyer's website and the information you provide is private and covered under lawyer-client privilege.
You will be asked to complete a detailed registration into the database. Once completed, you are able to go back and change or add information as needed.
The site also posts documents relevant to the lawsuit for you to read.
When you finish the online registration, you will be asked to send paper copies of some things to the Kirwin Fryday office to be put into your file.
The following information was requested from registrants early in the process but the tci cryptocipher website is no longer available. It is information that would be helpful if you happen to have kept copies.
1) a copy of your Oct. 6, 2004 statement. That is the last statement they provided to members.
2) a copy of any withdrawal requests or confirmations.
