These are 100% facts. Nothing but the FACTS.
Here are the excuses given by TCI, condensed from the previous TCI statements from December 2001 to present, the timeframe in which members have not received funds:
December 28, 2001 funds do not receive any interest until we receive the members Public Key. Charles Gordon TCI Senior Account Manager
April 5, 2002 we are lifting the minimum withdrawal of 5000.00. We are aware that the program that we use for encryption (Syncrypt) is a product that has caused problems in some member’s lives. Charles Gordon TCI Senior Account Manager
July 16, 2002 An Open Letter of Questions and Answers from Charles Gordon for the Membership of TCI You Asked: Is TCI experiencing difficulties? Why are there delays in processing requests?
August 2002 we are experiencing extensive delays in processing requests for withdrawals. There is no single reason for the delay but rather a combination of a number of reasons. Charles Gordon
October 1, 2002 we apologize to all for the delay in our promised update. Mr. Gordon has not returned from Europe and we have not received details of the restructuring.
October 1, 2002 we have been working diligently to create what we call the "cell system". We are working single mindedly to resolve our problems.
September 17, 2002 we complied and our funds were scrutinized and found to be clean and unencumbered. Finally, last and certainly not least; we expect the outflow of funds requested to begin soon. Charles Gordon
November 13, 2002 May we first thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this ordeal. We have found an organization that has the experience, the expertise, and the capacity to be able to accommodate our needs.
December 12, 2002 Due to the volume and complexity of the questions regarding the new structure of the club, they have been forwarded to the lawyers in charge of the cell design.
January 8, 2003 the implementation of the cell program will begin later this month, the requirements for which will be sent to the each member. 2003 promises to be a blessing to all of us and in turn those with whom we choose to share. Charles Gordon
March 5, 2003 we have made excellent progress on all fronts but we are not there yet. I know you will be as impressed and pleased as we are. Charles Gordon
March 10, 2003 we have been working day and night with the developers of our new communication system and are very pleased with the progress and although it is taking longer that we thought the results will make the wait worth while. Charles Gordon
March 26, 2003 it is the 25th of the month already and we found ourselves scrambling to meet the deadline that we committed to on the 15th. The good news is we were successful and the new communication site is ready to go.
April 5, 2003 it is with great pleasure that we present the latest version for communicating with the club. Thank you, Charles Gordon
April 7, 2003 we cannot upload to the new site until members have changed their password. Warm regards, Charles Gordon
April 17, 2003 Improvements will continue to be made to the site to provide a friendlier layout. Many members, more than 1000, have still not changed their password. Best regards, Charles Gordon

May 5, 2003 we have learned the cause of the delays in setting up the cell structures. Once we get the bugs out of the system, we will post a message every few days to keep you up to date. Charles Gordon
May 14, 2003 we have added the New Member online form and the withdrawal icon as well this week. You will now only be able to email with the Manager.
May 17, 2003 before submitting an application to TCI we want any new applicant to be aware that TCI is an Internet based investment club. All communications are via the Internet using e-mail.
June 5, 2003 we are awaiting Mr. Gordon's message to the membership and it will be posted to the site on Monday. He is awaiting news that is important to all of us and wanted to wait for all of the details rather than pass on bits and pieces.
June 13, 2003 we are aware that all members are anxiously awaiting the most recent details. Charles Gordon is still in Europe and informs us that he will have all the information necessary to give a complete update on Monday
June 16, 2003 in the afternoon.
June 16, 2003 At long last we have been given permission by the new trustees to communicate with our membership the preliminary requirements for the cell structure. Charles Gordon
June 20, 2003 when the completed package is returned to us and processed, a contract will be prepared and sent directly to you. Again we apologize for not having this up in the first place. Charles Gordon
June 28, firstly we feel we owe each of you an apology for jumping the gun and asking you to prepare documentation before we had all the facts. I think we have proven that we are as anxious to get to the next step as you all are. Charles Gordon

August 8, 2003 Here is the address to forward completed packages. Please notify the manager when you have sent your package along with the means of delivery.
August 13, 2003 it appears that the issue of the notarization of each page is posing a problem for some members. You must understand that the purpose for doing it this way is to avoid the need for a personal meeting with one of the trustees which could take months to schedule and none of us want any further delays or increased costs. September 5, 2003 we must have two thirds processed before we can commence with the cells. If any members can offer other members assistance in the preparation of the package for Claridges, it would be appreciated. With thanks and best wishes, Charles Gordon
September 10, 2003 Trading - Several trades that have been worked on over the past 18 months are in the final stages of completion and should be going to trade as we communicate with you. We are indeed to be envied. We are looking forward to some outstanding activity from here on. Charles Gordon
September 11, 2003 the message from Sept 10 is targeted towards members who have NOT submitted a package to Origin Corporation. If you have submitted a package to Origin Corporation, please wait until you are contacted by them and asked to supply further information or clarify certain points before sending additional information to them.
September 15, 2003 we have had numerous queries regarding forwarding funds to the club after the restructuring is complete. We will continue to accept new members up till the time that the master cell and sub-cells are in place, in accordance with the current Terms and Conditions.
September 19, 2003 many members are asking us to confirm receipt of their packages. Let us be clear; severe action will be taken with those members who do not comply before the next statement posting. Charles Gordon
September 30, 2003 thank you to all members who have sent their paperwork over the past few days. For those still outstanding, no excuses please. Just get to it. Charles
October 6, 2003 this month has proven to be one of great action on behalf of the members and the trading group. As it pertains to the trading group, all outstanding requirements for previously mentioned trades have been met and we currently await payouts. This indeed is most exciting. Charles Gordon
October 17, 2003 Next MONDAY the process will begin whereby funds will be moved from the trading account jurisdiction to the correspondent bank in the payout jurisdiction. The process is about to begin at long last! None too soon! Warmest regards, Charles Gordon

December 24, 2003 while the timing is not in our control we do expect the flow to start in the first quarter next year. For those who were hoping for requests to be met before Christmas, we truly regret that we not able to make that wish come true due to circumstances beyond our control. Charles Gordon

May 5, 2004 we need to reassure the membership that the road we are taking regarding the cells and their structures is both viable, compliant and the absolute most trouble free route to effective payout practices. WE WILL BE COMPLIANT, MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THAT!
May 14, 2004 There has been concerns expressed regarding the length of time it has taken to resolve payout issues and understandably so. We suggest you wait for the information in the next posting before making your decision. Charles
May 21, 2004 In keeping with our commitment to outline to the membership the format which will be used for payout purposes please take note of the following: As at today’s date we have been given assurances that payouts can begin as early as three (3) weeks but no later than six (6) weeks.

July 5, 2004 we would ask at this time that all members forward us an email with a Subject line of: Mailing Address For Draft In the body of the email please indicate the address to which your draft for available principal should be sent.
July 7, 2004 the truth is, we have been subject to substantial losses since 911; upwards of tens of millions of dollars. Let it be known that we currently have everything in place to accommodate payouts the moment the funds become available. Keep the faith with us. Charles Gordon

Tuesday September 7, 2004 A new investment expected to begin in September with monthly payouts! This will create an outstanding additional source of funds for the Club and its members!
October 5, 2004 Contracts have been undertaken as scheduled and funds have moved appropriately to designated accounts, as was the overall plan. We couldn’t be more delighted!
November 5, 2004 we are experiencing technical difficulties with the program that generates the statements for upload. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Charles Gordon
November 16, 2004 we have always been proud that in our almost decade of history we have never had more than a few days of down time with our technology. Thank-you. Support
November 27, 2004 of significant importance is our decision to convert all returns to EUROS once they are paid from the investment group. Our Tax Consultant has been successful in making all the necessary arrangements with the bank to expedite the distribution of Club payouts to individual structures.
December 6, 2004 we at this office are continuing to recreate all the files, however it can and WILL be done! In as much as the computer is our lifeline to the membership, we would ask the membership to CEASE E-mailing the Manager until such time that the problem is solved.
December 28, 2004 rather than managing our way through the computer glitch we are currently dealing with, 2005 will be our year to be blessed and blessed we will be! Charles Gordon
January 11, 2005 We do not expect to hear much from the investment side of things for a few days yet. Your patience is much appreciated, as usual. CG
February 7, 2005 As at the date of this communiqué the final steps have been taken and we expect to hear shortly when the first funds will be received. We want you to know that we have not given up in any way nor do we intend to, regardless of the frustrations we face. Charles Gordon
March 7, 2005 We are within days of completing the recreation of all of our member’s files. We are assured by the investment group that all is very, very well! Charles Gordon
April 5, 2005 they have told us we should expect a major positive announcement either on the 8th of April or the next business day the 11th. We can’t wait to get back to normal operation and again. Charles Gordon
April 16, 2005 to honor outstanding withdrawal requests by Club members. Great news is that we have achieved #(1) and are mere weeks away from achieving #(2). We are excited that at long last we are THERE! Charles
July 5, 2005 The update normally posted the 5th will be delayed briefly so that we might reflect the results of a scheduled meeting with the International Tax Attorney who will be handling the distribution of funds.
July 11, 2005 we were advised by the independent third party that it would appear that in the long term, the club has the potential to satisfy all its current obligations. We are determined to realize a successful conclusion to this and promise to continue to work hard on your behalf to get not only answers but results.
August 10, 2005 The mandate is still firmly in place to pay 100% of all account balances as soon as possible! We are confident the process will begin very shortly however unlike what has been done in the past we will not speculate on an exact time frame until we are sure and the appropriate funds are in our account and ready to disperse. September 5, 2005 The investment group continues to give us reports that reflect DEFINITE SOLID PROGRESS BEING MADE IN OUR OTHER AREAS OF INTEREST! We would hope to report further positive results within a reasonable period of time. The Members Group
October 5, 2005 Our message will be delayed and posted on OCT 12th. There are significant updates to report and they are POSITIVE! Charles
October 12, 2005 Progress is being made with our BACK UP CONTINGENCY PLAN that will speed up the payout process. EXPECT UPDATES in this operation VERY SOON! Charles Gordon
November 6, 2005 first is from the members group who are reporting that SIGNIFICANT progress is being made in the funds recovery and release area with yet another breakthrough in obtaining contact data for a second block not previously mentioned in the communiqués. We are excited to report that this is coming together right on target and can and will form the backup plan needed to ensure the membership of the club’s commitments to you. Charles
